Eligible Customers

You are authorized to purchase goods and service from PRIDE if you belong to one of the following groups:

1. Any governmental or tax-supported entity (e.g. city, county, school, library, etc) or not for profit company in the US or its Territories.
2. Any private company or individual in the state of Florida, provided that the goods will not be transported from Florida for the purpose of resale.
3. Companies, individuals, or governmental entities of foreign countries can purchase from PRIDE provided there are no restrictions on the import of inmate-manufactured goods.
4. Companies or individuals located outside of Florida may purchase from PRIDE, but the manufacture of goods that enter into interstate commerce must be compliant with the Federal Statutes relating to Prison Industry Enhancement program.
