Heavy Vehicle Production Manager: Manage a medium to heavy vehicle conversion/repair shop that is financially sound, meets customer expectations, and quality standards through the use of inmate labor. Utilize training skills, product and industry knowledge and interpersonal skills to manage the training of inmate workers in the techniques and equipment of vehicle body repair/conversion. Coordinate all supervisors and resources so as to complete all work in a timely manner and with a fundamental focus on quality. Work closely with the Department of Corrections staff on security and operational issues.  Salary is $41,000-$50,000.  Position is located at Tomoka CI, Daytona Beach, Florida

 

Key requirements include a HS/GED and 6 years experience  + 2 years experience as supervisor in renovation/conversion of truck/bus/van; HS or GED; ASE/CVT certification.

 

Food Production Manager: Management of food processes, equipment, and facilities and the efficient and timely allocation of resources to meet customer expectations. Manage employees and inmate workers to achieve daily production levels. Train inmate workers to attain job skill levels. Adhere to HACCP standards. Direct the safety, security, training, and quality teams. Salary is $41,000.  Position is located at Union CI, Starke, Florida.

 

Qualifications: 1) Bachelor’s degree 2) with 5-10 years supervisory experience and a background in frozen food, 3) HACCP certified, and 4) knowledgeable of USDA rules and regulations. 5) Hands on experience in food equipment troubleshooting with the ability to analyze equipment and make changes to, or modify to increase production.

 

Furniture Sales Rep for Orlando Area: Associates Degree with three years or more in furniture or metal sales.  Ability to read and interpret documents such as purchase orders, product specifications and blueprints. The ability to write quotes and letters of intent. Ability to speak effectively before groups. Understanding of architectural plans – must be able to read plans and prepare take-offs from plans. Understand and be competent in space planning and layout. Candidate must have good oral and written communication skills. Work with the distribution channels selected and the sales team to promote PRIDE’s product lines and services.  Salary + Commission + Benefits.
